To confirm your reservation with Exploring Earth Together, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Deposit Per Person at Time of Booking: 50% of the total program price

  • Final Payment Due: 30 days prior to departure

 

For reservations made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while considering the commitments made to our partners.​

  • 61-90 days before departure: 25% of the total program price is non-refundable

  • 31-60 days before departure: 50% of the total program price is non-refundable

  • 30 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the total program price is non-refundable
